The By-Laws of the Shenandoah County Historical Society have been revised and updated in recent months.

The By-Laws will be presented to the membership for ratification at the 2011 Annual Membership Meeting on Tuesday, May 10th at the Annual Dinner meeting.  The meeting will take place at the St. Paul's Heritage Center, located at 106 S. High Street in Edinburg,  VA at 6:00 PM.  

There will be a social gathering before the dinner.  Immediately following the dinner, there will be a brief business meeting for the purpose of introducing and electing 3 new members to the Board of Directors and ratifying the revised By-Laws of the Society.
