Joseph Floyd Wine will speak at this Program meeting of the SCHS.  Mr. Wine is the author of "Tales from Shenandoah" and "Live Along Holman Creek"

The program will take place at St.Paul's Heritage Center at 106 S. High Street in Edinburg VA.
