Lincoln's Birthday has been celebrated for many years, by the Harrisonburg-Rockingham Historical Society, with a ceremony at the Lincoln Cemetery.  The cemetery is in a field next to the old Lincoln home located 6 miles north of Harrisonburg on Route 42, on the right side of the road.  The event is held regardless of weather, and is an informal event with attendees standing around the cemetery. 

Mr. Phil Stone will give an oral address concerning the life of Abraham Lincoln.

Parking is along the field and a walk of several hundred yards is required.
